What Does Ownership Mean To You?

This is my definition of the word I use to often

Dear Owners,

I was thinking to myself yesterday,

“If someone ever asked me what Ownership means to me, I would not be able to give them a solid answer”

That was a shocker to me considering it’s the most prominent word I use in all of my branding.

So I decided that I wanted that to be different.

I sat down, learned all definitions of the word, learned the epistemology (word history) and all other details needed in order to understand the word inside and out.

This is what I have for you today.

Today’s Focus: What Ownership Means to Me

Ownership is a word that I use often because its a pretty big part of my brand.

I wanted to write this piece of content so that I can really define what ownership means to me because if anyone were to ask me what it means, I want to rock their world with how intentional I am using it.

First off, lets activate and illuminate (Define and know how to use) the word Own.

1) Own: Belonging to oneself or itself.
(we are responsible for our own good luck)

Epistemology: From the english geagnian and again which means to have or to own, to acknowledge concede or to admit as a fact.

Synonyms: Command, Possess, Retain
Antonyms: Lack, Want, accompanied.
Derivatives: Own as a verb means: To have power or mastery over.

When I say Daily Ownership, what I really mean is that I am committing to acknowledge my LPIs as fact.

I am saying that these are the things I saw become a part of me today.

I am taking ownership for my lessons, perspectives, and insights so that I can document and master them for the future.

To have ownership in my life is very significant.

I like to identify with the things I am learning so that they become a part of who I am.

I want them to be apart of who I am so I truly have the wisdom to share it because if I am taking the effort to master them, then I really KNOW those lessons.

Not just know about them.....

I know that people should take ownership for everything in their lives.

Their failures, Successes, Lessons, perspectives, insights, and dreams.

Because when you do, you have the power to either make them apart of you, or fully transmute the energy out of you because you are not denying that it was inside you in the first place.

To own your entire life is the goal, Even the bad things.

We should not try to avoid the challenges because if we fully own them then that means that we have taken the power position, we have the high ground which is advantageous for the attack, and the victory.

This is what ownership means to me.

Now go out there and OWN YOUR LIFE.
