Dear Owner,

Do you ever just go on a walk and start talking to yourself?

No? Really?

Okay, well you should start. (so I wont be the only crazy one… lol)

No but really, When you just start talking to yourself while your walking and seemingly doing nothing…

Thats when the gold nuggets start pouring out of your mouth because your subconscious mind is talking,

Not your ego.

One dark summer night, I was feeling good.

I felt like I was so connected to my spirit, I could not waste this moment.

I was to go out, walk and talk, and that was it.

When I started talking,

I realized I was formulating a poem, It was a beautiful flow of words.

I ran into my office and started documenting the poem right away.

Today, I would like to share that with you.

Today’s Focus: I Am One, I Am Whole.

Like the nature and the trees, I am you, and you are me

Like the stream that always flows, we are more than you can know

Look above, look for the love, there's no need to push and shove

Vibration is a constant state, let the feelings resonate

Listen closely, you can hear it, you are one eternal spirit
