Dear Owners,

After living in a house with other entrepreneurs that are similar to me and the way that I think. It has had its challenges to say the least.

Its all to common to think that all beings should be doing things the way you do them because thats what works best for you…

Key word- YOU

Its not that simple.

You cant judge people for not doing things in the ways you like doing them.

“Dont Judge, teach. Its a learning process”- Unknown

This falls into the focus for todays letter.

Todays Focus: No one is a better follower, than a great leader.

Have you ever had that voice inside your head that you just have to wonder…

“was that actually me?”

Its what happens when you have a thought that feels like you just got struck by lightning, Or you just have such a strong sense of knowingness that you feel like YOU HAVE to write it down.

This is what is known as intuition.

Some call it God, others call it source energy, or Universal Consciousness.

Whatever you call it, the fact of the matter is that we can pick up on downloads from this higher consciousness.

It literally downloads information into our minds that we otherwise would not have thought about, unless we were really in the present moment not trying to think to hard.

Its literally effortless, It just comes naturally.

How does this apply to leadership?

Well, Sometimes this voice might suggest things to you that bring a lot of resistance.

It might ask you to give $1000 away, Just because it says so.

This might be hard for you to do, You might want to simply know “Why?”

The thing is that its not even important to know why.

When you follow this divine guidance without question (even if you dont like it)

You will be given access to everything you have ever wanted to be, do, or have.

This divine consciousness knows what you want/need without you ever having to say it out loud.

As for leaders, I think the best way to lead is to be the best example of what you want your team to do, and then if thats in alignment with your teams mission, they will follow.

They will emulate you with the best of their ability, and your job then as a leader is to guide them through what you had to go through in order for them to access the same level of results that you are getting.

Leaders create more leaders.

Leaders also know when to follow other leaders.

If your creating leaders, You can then begin to turn everyone on your team into the best follower possible.

This is the way to take charge towards your UNDENIABLE victory.

Always listen to your gut.

Heed the commands without question.

Even if you dont like it.
